Cooking Directions

  1. Grind the flax so it is fresh, add spices, and other medicinal herbs as you like (bee pollen, ashwaganda, shatavari, chorella, spirulina). Mix Coconut Oil, Coconut Butter, Honey and then add to other mixture. Add either coconut flour if too moist or more coconut butter. Roll into balls.

Additional Info

A good balance of OMEGA 3s.. with coconut oil to help short chain fatty acids convert to longer chain fatty acids. Tastes good.
