  1. In a blender, add milk, sugar, Bisquick, eggs, butter, vanilla, and coconut. Cover and blend on low speed for 3 minutes. Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan. Let stand about 5 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Spread meringue on top and bake for an additional 10 minutes.

  2. Directions for meringue, beat egg whites until frothy. Gradually add sugar and cream of tartar, continuing to beat until stiff peaks form. Spoon onto pie, spreading to edge to seal filling.
