Ingredients

  • 1 Whole Pizza
    egg, large
  • 2 1 kg
  • 2 slices
    of deli ham
  • 2 tablespoons
    of extra virgin olive oil

Cooking Directions

  1. Use a small stainless steel frying pan, no stick pans will work, add 2 tablespoons of the extra virgin olive oil

  2. Set the stove pilot to low flame

  3. Place 2 slices of ham covering the pan

  4. Crack the whole egg first, then egg whites

  5. Cook for roughly 7 minutes on low flame

Additional Info

This is an easy no way to mess up fried egg and ham recipe, take a while to fry the eggs slowly, but foolproof. You won't end up burning the extra virgin olive oil at the low flame setting, just perfect when you want to make eggs with extra virgin olive oil, but don't want to risk burning the oil while frying.
