Ingredients

  • 1 1 kg
    duck breast
  • 1 teaspoon
    five spice powder
  • 1 tablespoon
  • 1 tablespoon
    soysauce
  • 1 tablespoon
    rice wine
  • 1 1 kg
    star anice
  • 1bok choy

Cooking Directions

  1. Take a sharp knife to cut the skin of the duck breast side ways.

  2. Take 1 teaspoon of five spice powder, sprinkle it on both sides of the duck. Cut the bok choy in chunks, heat a wok and place the duck with skinside down on low heat, turn when the skin is brown and crispy. Take the duck out of the wok and slice in pieces. Heat the wok again with a tablespoon vegetable oil, add the duck with 1 star anise,1 tablespoon soysauce, 1 tablespoon oystersauce, 1 tablespoon rice wine and the bok choy. Stir fry for a minute or two and serve with a cup of rice.
